Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions about product features, benefits, and availability and by helping customers understand needs and preferences.
  • •Maintain store standards for visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety and retrieve merchandise from sales floor or stock rooms as needed.
  • •Handle all cash register transactions (sales, returns, exchanges) efficiently and accurately and assist with loyalty program enrollment.
  • •Contribute to store profitability by receiving, replenishing, and processing product flow accurately and efficiently.
  • •Support Store Leadership by assisting with eye-catching visual displays and general store operations.
