Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive delivery of the AI Systems team, coordinating engineering, design, and related gameplay animation work.
  • •Partner with leads and other producers to develop roadmaps and plan actionable tasks toward long-term milestones.
  • •Follow through on delivery across sprints, milestones, and longer-term deliverables while tracking sprint metrics and reporting regularly.
  • •Handle day-to-day workflow issues by removing blockers and coordinating dependencies across teams.
  • •Proactively identify and resolve risks, manage daily communication loops, and ensure stakeholders understand risk impact and status.

Key Requirements

  • •Prior experience in a game production role with a cross-discipline team, preferably on a AAA game.
  • •Excellent written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills.
  • •Ability to understand detailed technical concepts and clearly communicate them to non-technical team members.
  • •Familiarity with game development pipelines and game engines such as Unreal.
  • •Fluency with production tools including Jira, Monday.com, Excel, Confluence, and Perforce.
