Finance Controller

Own operational financial management for the DACH region as a central point of contact for leadership. Manage German and Swiss accounting and internal controls, track monthly results, prepare monthly profit and loss and balance sheet, and oversee cash flow and reconciliations. Ensure timely monthly payroll processing for Germany and Switzerland, review expenses for policy and VAT compliance, support tax advisors, and improve finance processes through automation and better reporting.
