Job Summary

Own the technical QA strategy and architecture for a QA Test Center offering, partnering with the QA Manager to define governance, test automation, and AI adoption. Design and maintain the full toolchain—environments, integrations, and automation pipelines—deploying and evolving test management and CI/CD tooling. Translate a draft offering into a documented, repeatable value proposition, support client pre-sales with demos/POCs, and act as the technical reference for delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Contribute with the QA Manager to define and evolve the offering’s QA strategy (governance, test automation, AI adoption, best practices).
•Design, implement, and maintain the QA Test Center technical architecture (tools, integrations, environments, automation pipelines).
•Deploy, configure, and evolve tooling supporting the offering (test management, automation, CI/CD, reporting, dashboards).
•Turn the offering into a documented, repeatable technical value proposition ready for go-to-market.
•Support sales and client delivery by taking part in client meetings, preparing demos/POCs, adapting to clients’ existing QA stacks, and acting as technical reference point.

Key Requirements

•Solid QA/testing experience (ideally 5+ years) with time spent in technical architecture or technical leadership roles.
•Proven track record defining and implementing end-to-end test automation strategies.
•Experience with QA governance including processes, metrics, quality, and reporting.
•Client-facing experience including technical presentations and adapting solutions to different contexts.
•Hands-on with QA automation and tooling such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium; plus test management and CI/CD integrations (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
