Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and deliver large, complex technology implementation programs across multiple countries using a regional delivery model.
  • •Own end-to-end program delivery, ensuring alignment to scope, schedule, budget, quality standards, and contractual and commercial commitments.
  • •Provide governance for fixed-price and commercially sensitive projects across scope/change management, planning/scheduling, financial management, risk/issue management, and delivery execution/QA.
  • •Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, ensuring requirements are defined, tracked, and managed throughout the project lifecycle.
  • •Lead cross-functional teams and executive stakeholder relationships, manage escalations, and mentor team members to drive high performance.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of total working experience, with matured implementation delivery within SI services.
  • •Technical depth in Microsoft platforms, preferably Dynamics 365 ERP, to guide architecture/integration discussions and solution decisions.
  • •Experience implementing technology projects across a regional scope (more than 3–5 countries).
  • •Strong understanding and interpretation of contract terms, with excellent customer expectation management skills.
  • •Mandatory prior experience managing commercially sensitive fixed-price projects with governance across scope, planning, financial control, risk management, and delivery execution.
