Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the operational execution of the analyst relations program, including timelines, workflows, and documentation.
  • •Manage analyst evaluation processes (e.g., Magic Quadrant, Forrester Wave, MarketScape) from questionnaires through final submissions.
  • •Coordinate internal stakeholders across product, engineering, marketing, PR, and leadership to deliver accurate inputs on time.
  • •Maintain analyst calendars and briefing schedules, including biweekly check-ins and long-range planning for key firms.
  • •Support analyst briefings and inquiries by preparing materials, coordinating participants, taking notes, tracking themes, and ensuring consistent product representation.
  • •Track program metrics and deliver internal summaries; organize and synthesize analyst feedback and competitive insights.
  • •Partner with PR and marketing to promote analyst coverage across web, media, social, and campaigns; manage AR tools, databases, report libraries, and licensing access.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in analyst relations support, research coordination, project/program management, product marketing, or a related role.
