Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and deliver the strategic roadmap for Photo Studio and Post Production aligned to digital and commercial priorities.
  • •Lead, develop, and support multidisciplinary teams across production and specialist post-production disciplines.
  • •Evolve workflows, governance, and resource planning to deliver high-quality content consistently and on schedule.
  • •Identify and introduce emerging production technologies, including AI-enabled workflows, from evaluation to adoption.

  • •Sound commercial judgement including budget ownership, cost analysis, investment cases, or supplier benchmarking.
  • •Practical approach to evaluating production technology opportunities, including AI-enabled workflows.
