Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Retail Bank and Retail Risk HRBPs and the Horizontal HR team to deliver HR experiences for associates.
  • •Use HR data systems (including Workday and People Data Hub) to support HRBPs with data, reporting, and tracking such as headcount and attrition.
  • •Lead reporting and project management for the semi-annual talent and performance management process cycles.
  • •Prepare associate survey summary materials for business leaders and partner on recommended action items.
  • •Document and manage localized playbooks and calendars for HR programs, ensuring processes and deadlines are well managed and continuously improved.

Salary: USD 87,700 - 100,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or Military Experience.
  • •At least 2 years experience working in a project or process role.
  • •At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • •At least 1 year of experience with data management and reporting.
  • •At least 2 years of experience with Google Suite (Google Slides, Docs, and Sheets).
