Key Responsibilities

  • •Own delivery within the Supply Chain & Planning Data Domain, covering requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
  • •Architect scalable batch and real-time data pipelines and data models/transformations that produce data products and dashboards for partners.
  • •Develop event-driven and streaming data solutions using Kafka, Google Pub/Sub, Spark Streaming, and similar platforms.
  • •Establish and enforce data quality, governance, observability, and monitoring frameworks; perform root-cause analysis and preventive actions to improve platform stability and performance.
  • •Provide technical leadership and mentorship through design reviews, code reviews, and engineering best practices while collaborating with architects, analysts, data scientists, and engineering teams across geographies.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, or related disciplines delivering large-scale data solutions.
  • •Expertise in SQL and Python for large-scale data processing and transformation.
  • •Hands-on experience with big data technologies such as Spark, Flink, and Hive (or distributed processing frameworks).
  • •Experience designing event-driven architectures and real-time streaming pipelines using Kafka and Google Pub/Sub (including Spark Streaming or similar).
  • •Experience with data transformation frameworks such as dbt, PySpark, Dataflow, or equivalents; plus mentoring experience.
