Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a strong client experience by being present with every client and teammate and understanding impact on clients and teams.
  • •Accurately process financial service transactions and look for opportunities to deepen and expand the client relationship.
  • •Serve as a resource to identify and resolve more complex client servicing issues.
  • •Listen for financial wellness opportunities during client conversations and provide tailored recommendations; transition clients to a Banker when needed.
  • •Meet individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals; participate in huddles/debriefs and comply with KeyBank policies, compliance, audit, and security procedures.

Salary: USD 19.23 - 28.37 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
  • •Experience developing current and new client relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources via tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Experience handling cash transactions.
  • •General understanding of PC with Windows-based applications and a calculator.
  • •Working knowledge of digital technology (mobile, apps, and web-based browsing) and ability to educate clients on digital platforms.
