Job Summary

Own and grow a B2B corporate client portfolio across Abu Dhabi to drive incremental revenue for Deliveroo for Work. Build and retain relationships with senior stakeholders through prospecting, cold outreach, networking, and consultative selling. Create pitch decks and commercial quotations, run negotiations, and upsell/cross-sell based on clients’ spend. Track KPIs and pipeline performance using Salesforce, Google Sheets, Looker, and AI tools.

Key Responsibilities

•Grow a comprehensive sales pipeline in Abu Dhabi by identifying and building relationships with senior stakeholders across industries and zones.
•Prospect using B2B lead gen databases and methods including cold-calling, email outreach, and networking.
•Create bespoke pitch decks and commercial quotations, handle commercial negotiations, and convert target accounts.
•Set up meetings and calls with corporate decision makers, review spend, pitch new use-cases, and upsell/cross-sell.
•Track performance against monthly KPIs and report using Salesforce, Google Sheets, Looker, and AI tools; assist with ad hoc tasks like trade events and chasing overdue invoices.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of B2B commercial experience with a track record of driving revenue growth using a consultative, data-driven approach.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is a huge plus.
•Based in Abu Dhabi.
•Highly proficient using Salesforce and Google Sheets.
•Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment; bachelor degree preferred.
