•Provide communication and constructive feedback to internal and external leadership on account performance and opportunities.
•Handle monthly/weekly reporting and analysis, plus support rate and technical enquiries from stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of Hospitality Tech/OTA experience or relevant professional experience.
•Experience in large commercial account management conversations and business development.
•Strong data skills, leveraging analytics and quantitative methods to guide decisions.
•Excellent communication and presentation skills, up to C-level.
•Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple moving parts across projects and adapt quickly.
