Key Responsibilities

•Provide service and support to larger accounts within the Group Schemes portfolio.
•Work collaboratively with the leadership team, providing coaching and mentoring to the team.
•Review and update procedures, and effectively record and distribute changes as necessary.
•Contribute to building a strong internal network across the organisation, providers, and clients.
•Assist in continuously improving our processes and uplifting the capability of others through experience.

Key Requirements

•Demonstrated background in Customer Service from within an inbound Contact Centre environment.
