Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, industrialize, validate, optimize, and sustain manufacturing processes across AMP-2 Powertrain operations, owning process capability, production readiness, and process control.
  • •Lead manufacturing process strategy: line balancing, process optimization, RCA governance with closed-loop failure elimination, PFMEA/control plans, error proofing, and robust process controls.
  • •Direct process engineering support leadership by ensuring tooling, gauge, and equipment engineering coverage; partner with Product Engineering and other functions on capability improvement and NPI.
  • •Manage launch and readiness activities including FAT/SAT, commissioning, Safe Launch, run-at-rate, operational escalations, and operational governance for ramp-up.
  • •Drive continuous improvement and TPM/Industry 4.0 initiatives (OEE, cycle time, waste elimination), own equipment/asset standards and reliability metrics (MTBF/MTTR), and enforce HV safety and compliance standards.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years in advanced automated manufacturing, including 5+ years in senior maintenance/reliability/engineering leadership.
  • •Demonstrated leadership of Maintenance, Automation, and Reliability functions in an EV or high-automation OEM/Tier-1.
  • •Proven greenfield launch and TPM deployment experience.
  • •Strong track record with CMMS platforms (SAP PM, Maximo, or equivalent).
  • •Knowledge of IATF 16949, APQP/change control, and machine/HV safety and traceability requirements within the role scope.
