Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure effective implementation and continuous improvement of preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
  • •Respond to unplanned breakdowns, perform failure analyses, and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
  • •Analyse recurring mechanical failures and develop permanent corrective and preventive actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.
  • •Minimum of three years of relevant maintenance engineering experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • •Strong knowledge of industrial machinery and mechanical systems (e.g., pneumatic systems, power transmission, bearings, gearboxes, pumps, fans, couplings, lubrication).
  • •Ability to read and interpret technical drawings; AutoCAD or similar technical drawing software preferred.
  • •Experience with failure analysis and Root Cause Analysis (RCA), preventive/predictive maintenance, and CMMS; good technical English.
