Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in project planning, including site layout, scheduling, and resource allocation for timely completion.
  • •Supervise on-site activities by monitoring progress, ensuring quality control, and enforcing safety regulations and building codes.
  • •Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve issues and keep workflow smooth.
  • •Manage procurement, delivery, and storage of materials and equipment to support project requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years working experience, with 3 years relevant experience (2 years GCC experience is a plus).

  • •MMUP Engineer Registration (UPDA) professional degree/registration.
  • •Proficiency using construction tools/software, including AutoCAD, project management software, and surveying instruments.
  • •ERP knowledge with preferably SAP functional skills.
