Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct security audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement actionable improvements.
  • •Develop and enforce Privilege Access Management (PAM) strategies and security hardening guidelines aligned to CIS/SITG benchmarks.
  • •Manage the Vulnerability Management Program, including regular scanning, assessment, remediation, and reporting.
  • •Implement and oversee security automation and orchestration to streamline threat detection, incident response, and compliance checks.
  • •Monitor security systems/tools (SIEM, IDS/IPS, DLP, endpoint protection) and lead incident handling with containment, resolution, and after-action reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 6 years of experience in cyber security or related field.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • •Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ (or equivalent).
  • •Experience leading vulnerability management, including scanning, assessment, remediation, and reporting.
  • •Experience implementing PAM, security automation/orchestration, and secure practices across technology operations/SDLC.
