Key Responsibilities

  • •Own information architecture across all surfaces. Maintain a coherent IA across new and legacy platform areas; audit structures and resolve fracture points with a long-term foundation in mind.
  • •Set and carry cross-swimlane UX standards. Operate horizontally across every product design swimlane to ensure structural UX thinking is applied consistently.
  • •Be the quality checkpoint for prototypes. Review prototypes as a structural integrity gate to prevent debt and accelerate progress.
  • •Champion a blueprint-first design motion. Define what and how in low fidelity before high-fidelity layers; ensure outputs meet UX, IA, and best-practice standards.
  • •Elevate the design practice. Coach and model strong structural thinking to uplift the team and build things right from the start.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of hands-on and/or managerial UX experience with deep expertise in information architecture and structural/systems-level SaaS design.
  • •Proven track record of owning IA across complex, multi-surface products and untangling fractured or legacy structures.
  • •Ability to set standards and influence horizontally across multiple teams through craft and clarity—leadership without direct authority.
  • •Experience establishing design processes, review practices, and reusable patterns/components at scale.
  • •Fluency partnering with Product and Engineering on AI or platform-level initiatives to build scalable UX foundations.
