Job Summary

Lead Visa’s People Solutions (HR Shared Services) organization and drive a global transformation of solutions delivery. You’ll manage teams across multiple regions, partner with People COEs and People Business Partners, and design an enhanced shared services model focused on self-service, process reengineering, harmonization, and improved employee experience. The role is responsible for service excellence, operating plans, quality, continuous improvement, and scaling support globally.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead Visa’s People Solutions (HR Shared Services) function and transform solutions delivery into a world-class organization.
•Manage teams across multiple regions and collaborate with People COEs, People Business Partners, technology teams, and other groups to deliver strategic and operational plans.
•Serve as overall project leader for the People Solutions Transformation across three key workstreams.
•Design and implement an enhanced shared services delivery model, including self-service enablement, process reengineering, process harmonization, and organization design.
•Drive service excellence and operational performance, including quality assurance, continuous improvement, resource planning, and achievement of defined case-resolution goals.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 200,000 - 275,000 annually

Key Requirements

•12+ years of work experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 10+ years with an advanced degree, or 8+ years with a PhD.

•Demonstrated expertise in People Shared Services innovation and optimization.
•Proven ability to set and execute large, transformation-focused programs aligned to strategic objectives.
•Strong people leadership skills to build teams and develop a talent bench.
