Key Requirements

  • •NICET Level II or III Certification, or a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • •8+ years of construction inspection experience on transportation or infrastructure projects.
  • •Experience working on NYSDOT projects, specifically within Region 8, strongly preferred.
  • •Strong understanding of NYSDOT specifications, standards, and documentation practices.
  • •Ability to interpret plans, specifications, and contract documents accurately, with strong communication skills and a valid driver’s license to travel to job sites as needed.
