Deliver an elevated, personalized luxury shopping experience as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand. Build client relationships, drive sales through cross-selling and tailored recommendations, and meet individual and store KPIs. Support omni-channel selling using mobile POS and clienteling tools, while also completing daily store operations like cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising. Collaborate with teammates and participate in training and brand initiatives.

•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador by following the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
•Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, tailored recommendations, and executing personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Support daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, transactions, and stockroom cleanliness; assist teammates as required.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including reading price/release sheets.
•Ability to work at a fast pace and perform physical demands, including lifting 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally) and maneuvering the sales floor and stockroom.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background with social media savvy; preferred experience with live-stream shopping or video demos, plus clienteling and data acquisition skills.
