Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic and technical leadership for Workday integration deployments, configuration, and optimization for inbound, outbound, and boomerang integrations.
  • •Lead integration workshops to meet business requirements and align solutions with WPP objectives for Workday releases.
  • •Coordinate cross-department stakeholders to deliver integrations on time, within scope, and budget.
  • •Provide advanced technical support for Workday-related issues, troubleshooting complex problems and ensuring timely resolution.
  • •Manage and mentor a team of Workday technical specialists; provide weekly leadership updates and manage the integration development plan and RAID.

Key Requirements

  • •Deep proficiency in Workday integration, including Workday Studio and the Workday Extend integration approach.
  • •Strong technical skills with Workday tools such as Web Service APIs, EIB, PECI, Report Writer, Cloud Connectors, Business Process Framework, Configurable Security, Calculated Fields, and XSLT.
  • •Experience building and maintaining Workday Extend integrations, reports, and workflows.
  • •Ability to lead integration workshops and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • •Good to have knowledge of Workday Orchestrate for integrations.
