Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end product delivery across vision, roadmap, prioritized backlog, and lifecycle from ideation through post-production support for enterprise finance/regulatory programs.
  • •Translate business problems into scalable system designs, including data models, API/integration patterns, data flows, and non-functional requirements such as security, scalability, observability, explainability, and auditability.
  • •Partner with engineers and architects to design and integrate AI/ML and GenAI components (LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, agentic workflows, orchestration) into production business workflows.
  • •Define evaluation frameworks and KPIs and establish responsible-AI guardrails, making design trade-offs across accuracy, latency, cost, and scalability.
  • •Author user stories and acceptance criteria and drive Agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban) using Jira or Rally while bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related technical field (preferred).
  • •Strong ability to translate business problems into technical solutions and system designs, including AI/ML and GenAI use cases.
  • •Hands-on experience with AI/GenAI tools and frameworks such as LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings/vector stores, and agent orchestration.
  • •Experience gathering requirements and delivering with user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional/technical documentation.
  • •Hands-on Agile delivery experience (Scrum/Kanban) using tools such as Jira or Rally (familiarity with BPM and data analytics is a plus).
