Job Summary

Provide exceptional customer service using the C.H.A.R.M. service model, supporting promotions and events while helping the store team achieve business goals. Learn and assist across customer service, product knowledge, placement, visual presentation, and stockroom management. Support day-to-day retail operations including POS system management, inventory replenishment, pricing and discounts, loyalty program promotion, and cleanliness/recovery standards. Partner with leadership to improve personal performance metrics and follow asset protection procedures.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide excellent customer service using the C.H.A.R.M. service model.
•Help create a positive team environment that encourages sharing suggestions, ideas, and concerns.
•Learn and assist in different store departments, including customer service, product knowledge, placement, visual presentation, and stockroom management.
•Support daily retail activities such as managing the POS system, replenishing stock, pricing and discounts, promoting loyalty programs, and following cleanliness and recovery standards.
•Set a good example and work with store management to improve personal sales performance metrics using sales-oriented techniques.

•Flexibility in the work schedule, including availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours, with regular attendance required.
•Genuine enthusiasm for retail and sales, with a passion for creating memorable shopping experiences.
