Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute a marketing plan to grow and expand Not-for-Profit/Government client relationships and meet loan, deposit, and fee-based revenue expectations.
  • •Deliver a differentiated client experience using Financial Insights and other strategic advisory tools.
  • •Develop new business client relationships and execute Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) with partners to deliver custom solutions.
  • •Ensure profitability, quality, liquidity, and growth of the assigned loan portfolio, including servicing credit relationships, documentation, compliance, closings, and managing delinquent relationships.
  • •Monitor and maintain sales activity, pipeline, and other information in the bank’s CRM system, meeting risk, operational, policy, and quality expectations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and related training.
  • •More than eight (8) years of experience in financial services, preferably with Not-for-Profit/Government clients.

  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation skills.
