Key Responsibilities

•Lead the drainage design for highway projects, including development and review of drainage layouts, crossfall, and superelevation integration.
•Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across regions (India and South Africa) to deliver project design from concept to detailed design.
•Mentor and guide junior engineers, cad technicians, and design teams to develop drainage capability in India.
•Prepare technical notes, design basis statements, and bid inputs; support client interactions and knowledge-sharing forums.
•Ensure compliance with standards, deliver on time, and maintain high-quality documentation and timesheets.

Key Requirements

•B.Tech. in Civil Engineering or equivalent
•M.Tech in Hydraulics & Water Resources Engineering (preferred)
•Minimum of 6 years of experience in Highway drainage and Stormwater drainage designs
•Proficiency with Autodesk Civil 3D for surface modelling and drainage layouts
•Proficiency with Autodesk AutoCAD and hydrological tools (HEC-RAS/HEC-HMS, Hydraflow, iDAS) and ability to prepare stormwater layouts and drainage methodologies
