Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor and sustain equipment performance in your assigned area.
  • •Schedule and perform preventative maintenance on assigned tool sets.
  • •Troubleshoot electrical/mechanical problems in non-functioning electro-mechanical manufacturing equipment.
  • •Dismantle, adjust, repair, and assemble equipment using layout plans, blueprints, and operating/repair manuals.
  • •Use test and diagnostic equipment to perform checkouts, and rebuild or modify manufacturing equipment as required.

Key Requirements

  • •Flexible with job responsibilities and shift assignments, including night shift.
  • •Ability to work 12-hour shifts (3 on/4 off and 4 on/3 off) while standing the entire shift and lifting equipment.
  • •Basic understanding of SPC principles.
  • •Knowledge of AC/DC and digital electronics circuits, including fundamentals of electricity and basic electronic components.
  • •Education in an industry-related associate degree (or working toward a STEM degree) or equivalent military training/work experience.
