Key Responsibilities

  • •Consult and coach people managers up through the Director level on performance management, team effectiveness, change management, and career development.
  • •Support manager needs for cyclical programming, including quarterly performance evaluations, engagement survey action planning, and compensation/rewards planning.
  • •Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify opportunities to improve manager efficiency and share trends with HR partners.
  • •Partner closely with Employee Relations, HR Business Partners, and Centers of Excellence such as Talent Development and Talent Management.
  • •Create manager community opportunities through small-group consultation and coaching forums.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 101,300 - 209,950 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5-8 years of experience in HR support, HR business partnering, or related roles.
  • •Deep HR expertise with knowledge of HR policies, systems, and approaches.
  • •Experience coaching, employee relations, training and development, and/or HR operations.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (graduate degree preferred).
  • •Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data for storytelling and insights.
