Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain a cybersecurity governance program, including governance documentation, quality governance processes, and continuous improvement for governance structure and processes.
  • •Design and implement a cybersecurity risk management process, including analyzing risks, comparing risks against company criteria, and producing risk reporting tailored to relevant audiences.
  • •Maintain legal/regulatory compliance requirements and coordinate cross-departmental reviews of compliance with cyber security policies, procedures, and periodic assessments.
  • •Ensure compliance monitoring and management of cyber security control systems, recommending improvements based on periodic efficiency assessments.
  • •Manage data protection as Data Protection Officer to ensure personal data handling complies with applicable KSA data privacy regulations, including risk identification and mitigation plan monitoring.

Key Requirements

  • •10–12 years of experience in enterprise governance, risk, and compliance (including cybersecurity).
  • •Experience developing and implementing enterprise governance, risk, and compliance strategy and solutions.
  • •Knowledge of cyber and cloud security standard frameworks, architecture, design, operations, controls, technology, solutions, and service orchestration.
  • •Experience in data management and protection solutions, including understanding privacy/data protection laws.
  • •Skills in communication and a risk-based approach, with adherence to confidentiality and ability to multitask.
