Provide personal financial counseling and education to service members and their families on military installations. Deliver one-on-one counseling, group workshops, and digital/virtual sessions; collaborate with installation leadership to ensure program scope meets installation needs and addresses financial wellness across the military lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide personal financial counseling and management services directly to service members and their families.
•Assist service members in establishing a spending plan for extended absences.
•Develop and make available informational financial materials for service members and families.
•Coordinate, publicize and provide Personal Financial Management classes/workshops across the military lifecycle.
•Respond to requests for age-appropriate classes or seminars.
•Utilize virtual counseling or other electronic modes of communication (web-based chat, video conferencing) for PFC services as authorized.
•Manage duty to warn situations according to DoD protocol.
•Communicate with leadership and participate in regular supervision, sharing trends and issues from installations.
•Participate in in-services, training, quality improvement, and other contract activities as assigned.
•Perform all other duties as assigned.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 58,440 - 93,500 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree required; or an associate degree plus 4 years of experience in lieu of bachelor's
•3+ years of financial counseling experience
•Must be a U.S. citizen and fluent in English
•If required by contract, bilingual in English and Spanish
•Must have AFC, CFP, or ChFC certification (or equivalent)
