Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer projects end-to-end to ensure contract compliance and successful delivery, coordinating transitions from Sales to Operations.
  • •Manage procurement per project requirements, including material ordering/tracking, and issuing purchase orders and subcontracts to qualified vendors.
  • •Coordinate monthly customer invoicing and maintain accurate billing and cost accounting for mission-critical data centers.
  • •Track and record project costs (time sheets, forecasting support, vendor invoices) using project reports and enterprise systems.
  • •Maintain project documentation and interact with customers and project teams to resolve obstacles, including reviewing billing backlog as needed.

Key Requirements
