Key Responsibilities

  • •Take temperatures and accurately document product cook and frozen temperatures on process control charts.
  • •Graph and present temperature data on an SPC chart in an organized, legible manner.
  • •Notify the production Supervisor according to written HACCP and Prerequisite program procedures.
  • •Follow the CNQ/HACCP plan and all USDA requirements.
  • •Communicate with team members and supervisors and perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Key Requirements

  • •Three months of consecutive work history with one employer within the last 12 months; relevant experience preferred.
  • •Willing and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

  • •Provide a government identification number for Tyson’s employment history verification system.
