Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Revenue Assurance Supervisor with IT and CRG coordination and affiliate/society communications.
  • •Supervise WNS and GFSS analysts: training, setting goals, monitoring progress, and ensuring completion of assigned tasks.
  • •Maintain and manage schedules reflecting societal and affiliate expectations.
  • •Coordinate with the sales processing team to ensure accurate documentation of Global Revenue Assurance requirements.
