•Build, scale, and maintain the infrastructure and platform for org-wide agentic AI solution adoption.
•Lead architecture and technical design to ensure high availability, reliability, and scalability.
•Collaborate with Product Managers and Tech Innovation Strategists to scope problems and requirements focused on user and stakeholder impact.
•Lead code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and build stronger engineering processes to set high standards for developer experience.
•Participate in sprint planning, technical grooming, and retrospective discussions.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong background in backend engineering and cloud infrastructure.
•1+ years building production-grade agentic AI solutions.
•Proficiency in backend languages such as Python, Java, Node.js, or Go, plus Docker, Kubernetes, and Kafka.
•Strong experience implementing APIs and writing end-to-end automated tests.
•Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and infrastructure-as-code with Terraform and CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
