Sales Administration Officer

Process software and hardware purchase orders end to end: receive orders via email/CRM, price and create ERP accounts, upload purchase orders in Salesforce, and track shipments while resolving discrepancies. Serve as the primary customer contact, coordinate order fulfillment with logistics, sales, and credit teams, handle complaints and escalations, and keep customers and internal stakeholders updated with backlogs and sales reporting.
