Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end store operations: staffing & scheduling, ordering, inbound receiving, stocking, pick and pack, and expense control within operational standards.
  • •Coordinate and supervise store operations, including selecting people, scheduling shifts, and overseeing routine and preventive maintenance.
  • •Ensure proper stock levels (no OOS/OVS) by assessing inventory and issuing orders based on demand inputs and physical stock assessment.
  • •Constantly monitor fulfillment processes and recommend improvements to increase productivity and profits.
  • •Supervise store personnel and maintain hygiene, sanitation, security, safety, and service level standards; manage costs vs budget and oversee shrinkage actions and maintenance activities.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5 years of experience in supermarket or restaurant operations.
  • •Fluent English and Arabic (Arabic highly advantageous).
