Lead the SME & Growth sales team to expand cross-border payments in the small and mid-market, with a focus on cross-border e-commerce and B2B import/export. Own sales strategy development (industry demand insights, standardized products/solutions, pricing and promotions, and market strategy), set and break down sales targets, and optimize sales processes and tools. Build and manage a direct sales team, drive performance, and collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, strategy, customer managers, and service.
