Job Summary

Build and operate multi-cloud Kubernetes platform infrastructure for public-safety SaaS, owning the full cluster lifecycle from provisioning through upgrades and reliability. Partner with application teams to integrate Kubernetes/cloud requirements into core platforms, define SLAs/SLOs, and automate infrastructure operations. Develop secure CI/CD pipelines, deploy and manage resources with Helm, troubleshoot platform issues, and maintain monitoring to ensure high throughput and absolute reliability.

Key Responsibilities

•Provision, manage, and drive Kubernetes cluster Lifecycle Management (LCM) across multi-cloud environments, including managed and self-hosted clusters.
•Design and implement network, cloud, and security core services for public safety cloud solutions and meet scalability, availability, security, and performance goals.
•Support cloud platform operations including sovereign operations, issue troubleshooting, and resolution.
•Utilize Helm charts to deploy, update, and manage application manifest components across clusters and build automation scripts to reduce operational friction.
•Build and optimize secure CI/CD pipelines, maintain monitoring for platform visibility, define SLAs/SLOs, and integrate agentic AI concepts for intelligent monitoring and automation.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3+ years of combined experience in Network Engineering, Security, or Cloud/DevOps Engineering.
•Strong experience with web infrastructure and distributed systems, with public cloud knowledge (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
•Experience with Kubernetes including managed clusters (EKS/AKS/GKE) and self-hosted cluster environments.
•Deep familiarity with Helm for packaging, configuration, and manifest deployment, plus foundational Python and Bash scripting skills.
•Hands-on experience with GitHub or Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, cloud monitoring tools, and L3/L4 networking components (e.g., load balancers, firewalls).
