Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain store standards, cleanliness, and a positive customer-first environment.
  • •Provide professional customer service by advising customers on product categories and offering relevant information.
  • •Support sales through fitting room service, timely follow-up, and attempting to add on to sales.
  • •Assist the Store Manager with daily operations including opening/closing and security aspects, and run the store in the Store Manager’s absence when required.
  • •Train new staff on Point of Sale (POS), support pricing/ticketing compliance, manage cash wrap service and gift cards, and participate in inventories and housekeeping.

Key Requirements

  • •1-2 years of retail sales experience.
  • •Strong verbal communication skills and customer service mindset.
  • •Ability to perform under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • •Ability to perform some heavy lifting and stand for a minimum of 8 hours.
