Key Responsibilities

  • •Install decorative split units/window AC systems.
  • •Maintain DX systems and HVAC equipment (FAHU, AHU, FCU) according to technical and safety standards.
  • •Inspect HVAC systems for performance, effectiveness, and safety.
  • •Perform preventative maintenance and conduct performance tests using specialized tools.
  • •Troubleshoot and repair HVAC system issues; sell ongoing maintenance contracts and maintain appointment, payment, and inventory records.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years of hands-on HVAC installation and servicing experience.
  • •Strong knowledge of HVAC systems including split units, VRF systems, air handlers, and ventilation equipment.
  • •Ability to read technical blueprints, wiring diagrams, and service manuals.
  • •Familiarity with electrical and plumbing systems as they relate to HVAC.
