Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, service, and troubleshoot smart home security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
  • •Evaluate customer homes and recommend/sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements on-site.
  • •Train homeowners on how to use their new systems to protect their families.
  • •Use safety analysis to ensure a safe workplace for both technicians and customers.
  • •Participate in ongoing coaching and leadership training to grow within the organization.

Key Requirements

  • •Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

  • •Physical ability to lift/carry up to 45 lbs and climb ladders (up to 14 feet) including working in confined spaces.
