Recruiter (Full Time) - Plano, Preston Legacy Circle

Own the full recruiting cycle by guiding managers through hiring, reviewing and aligning job requisitions with bank policy, and creating and posting roles through ADP. Screen applicants, manage resume submission and tracking in the applicant database, determine qualifications, and process pre-employment screenings. Distribute approved candidates to department managers, maintain accurate applicant status records, and close positions after selection and approvals.
