Key Responsibilities

  • •Align with relevant product teams to develop and deliver Airport benefits that enhance customer value and support global Airport strategy
  • •Identify and execute go-to-market strategies to expand monetization of Airport benefits
  • •Serve as primary point of contact for strategic partners, negotiating agreements, running quarterly business reviews, and monitoring performance against SLAs
  • •Coordinate benefit initiatives across card product teams, align them with platform roadmaps, and ensure operational enablers are correctly set up
  • •Track product KPIs, partner performance, and ROI to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in product management, partnerships, or related roles in payments, financial services, or travel loyalty programs
