Job Summary

Lead complex, cross-functional automation initiatives for Banking and Financial Services customers, identifying high-value opportunities and building business cases with measurable outcomes. Drive end-to-end discovery with As-Is/To-Be designs, partner with solution architects to shape requirements and architecture decisions, and influence senior stakeholders through workshops and executive-ready communication. Key Responsibilities

•Proactively identify and evaluate high-value, cross-functional automation opportunities aligned to enterprise strategy and develop business cases with measurable ROI.
•Lead end-to-end discovery for complex processes, creating detailed As-Is and scalable To-Be designs and ensuring requirements are complete and aligned to enterprise architecture standards.
•Collaborate with solution architects to influence solution architecture decisions and serve as a quality gate for functional documentation.
•Lead workshops with senior stakeholders, communicate business value to executives, and resolve scope or requirement conflicts as a key liaison across business and technical teams.
•Partner through design, testing, and deployment phases, manage analysis deliverables across initiatives, and design change/adoption strategies for sustainable automation uptake.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in business process analysis, operations consulting, or automation initiatives.
•Experience working within the Banking and Financial Services industry.
•Demonstrated experience in complex, cross-functional process transformation.
•Experience with enterprise applications such as Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, Concur, Coupa, etc.
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
