Serve as the technical authority for Celonis strategic accounts, shaping how AI-augmented solutions are designed and delivered across complex enterprise engagements. Define delivery standards and end-to-end architectures, including secure, scalable integration blueprints and orchestration of AI agents. Lead technical design reviews, advise C-suite stakeholders through transformation roadmaps, bridge pre-sales and post-sales, and raise practice quality through reusable patterns and mentoring.
