Key Responsibilities

  • •Set architectural standards and define end-to-end Celonis solution strategies for complex enterprise deployments across process areas, business units, and geographies.
  • •Own solution quality and delivery outcomes by conducting design reviews and ensuring teams follow architectural standards.
  • •Design AI agent orchestration for complex engagements, including workflows, validation checkpoints, and quality gates.
  • •Serve as senior technical advisor to strategic customers, translating business challenges into platform strategies and success metrics for transformation roadmaps.
  • •Collaborate with Deployment Engineers and Product/Engineering to implement advanced use cases, build reusable delivery patterns, and influence the platform roadmap.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years in technical consulting, solution architecture, or delivery leadership within enterprise software, with at least 3 years in a senior/lead technical role on large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects.
  • •Proven ability to design complex, multi-component solutions across data integration, process intelligence, automation, and AI, including enterprise architecture trade-offs.
  • •Expert-level knowledge of the Celonis platform (Process Intelligence Graph, data modeling, advanced PQL, automation/orchestration, AI modules) and working knowledge of Python.
  • •Demonstrated ability to design AI-augmented delivery workflows, including context engineering and multi-agent system design/validation at scale.
  • •Fluency in English; Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science/Engineering or comparable field.
