Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow required operating procedures to package, sort, and clean materials.
  • •Ensure containers/workbenches are cleared to prevent material mixing before work.
  • •Execute daily outsourced heat-treatment and cleaning tasks per material specialist plans.
  • •Before packaging, weigh according to procedures to ensure accurate quantities and print correct internal/external labels.
  • •Comply with safety and quality standards, perform machine adjustment for nonconforming items, run equipment inspections, and complete production records plus daily 5S cleaning/organization.

Key Requirements

  • •Technical school education or above.
  • •Team player who is willing to learn and adapt to team work.
  • •Preferred knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, QC080000, and HSF.
  • •Familiarity with safe equipment operation according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • •Ability to perform accurate weighing, labeling, and record completion for packaging/sorting work.
