Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead literature inventory management, including assigning, maintaining, and reporting merchandising components.
  • •Analyze low/zero inventory items and communicate foreseeable issues to brand and channel stakeholders.
  • •Support POD workflows with the Shared Services Team and Ricoh, including maintaining inventory name records and ensuring graphics uploads succeed.
  • •Monitor order issues, maintain backorders, and prepare qualified orders for commercial reps so shipments complete once inventory is received.
  • •Oversee international shipments and support compliance by coordinating export standards and customs documentation with Global Compliance Teams.
