Test and Evaluation Engineering Manager

Lead and develop a high-performing Instrumentation Operations team responsible for the design, maintenance, and operation of flight test instrumentation and data systems for commercial and military programs. Set priorities and policies, own earned value metrics and performance indicators, and drive operational excellence for cost, schedule, quality, availability, and reliability. Resolve critical instrumentation issues through root-cause analysis, enforce safety and compliance standards, manage risks, and build stakeholder alignment while coaching and developing talent.
