Job Summary

Lead the product vision, delivery, and adoption of an AI-enabled knowledge base for internal banking operations. Own the roadmap for extracting, representing, validating, and consuming enterprise knowledge (including knowledge graphs), translating policy and control needs into product requirements. Define success metrics for coverage, accuracy, freshness, and adoption, and guide LLM-enabled pipelines, ontology/graph governance, quality gates, responsible AI, and API-driven agentic workflows.

Key Responsibilities

•Own product strategy and roadmap for the enterprise knowledge platform across extraction, representation, validation, and consumption.
•Translate internal business requirements (e.g., policy interpretation, control mapping, risk insights) into product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
•Drive delivery across workstreams including ontology/graph, quality, and platform integration, with measurable outcomes.
•Oversee LLM-enabled knowledge extraction pipelines, including standards for evaluation and regression testing and entity resolution across systems.
•Ensure platform governance through knowledge model versioning/lineage, quality gates, risk partnership, and enablement for internal agentic workflows and API consumption.

Key Requirements

•Strong Python engineering background with solid software design and engineering practices.
•Proven experience integrating LLMs into production software, including evaluation, monitoring, and iteration.
•Hands-on experience converting unstructured to structured data using LLMs.
•Prompt engineering and prompt lifecycle management.
•Knowledge graph and ontology modelling, with enough depth to lead decisions and guide specialists.
