Key Responsibilities

  • •Orchestrate, govern, and optimize IT service delivery across multiple SIAM engagements.
  • •Own end-to-end Software Asset Management lifecycle and lead the license operations team on daily operations.
  • •Manage metrics, quality, cost, and deliveries for owned products and drive service improvement initiatives.
  • •Act as primary operational escalation point for cross-vendor incidents, problems, and service risks.
